About The Position

The Group Product Manager at Tinder LLC is responsible for facilitating strategic product and tool planning for consumer content tools. This role involves owning and communicating the internal Product Tool team's roadmap, priorities, and decisions while aligning them with the company's mission to maximize business impact. The manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to set goals and success metrics, understand user problems, and guide teams in developing effective tools and features. The position emphasizes building a collaborative culture that fosters empowerment and growth within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field, plus 7 years of professional experience as Product Manager or Project Manager.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree in a related field plus 5 years of professional experience is acceptable.
  • 5 years of experience with product management, leading and collaborating with design, analytics, and development teams across web.
  • 5 years of experience analyzing data to drive decisions using data management and query platforms (Excel, Tableau, Mode, Advanced Analytical SQL).
  • 5 years of experience assessing the impact of features on end-users through user research, prototyping, focus groups, experimentation, and beta-testing.
  • 5 years of experience driving UX design for business-to-consumer products, producing wireframes and mockups.
  • 5 years of experience defining metrics and making product decisions based on A/B testing or qualitative feedback.
  • 5 years of experience conceptualizing and managing direct consumer-facing features/products for a global tech company.
  • 5 years of experience managing product and design professionals.
