This role requires exceptional strategic and analytical skills to define strategy and lead execution in a highly cross-functional technological area. The Group Product Manager will bridge technical, business, and operations worlds, designing technologies with engineers, leveraging technical expertise to identify and resolve project setbacks, and breaking down complex problems to drive product development at Lyft speed. The Matching and Fulfillment group is central to the Lyft marketplace, influencing how riders and drivers experience Lyft by estimating ETAs and fulfillment costs, optimizing driver-rider matches, and ensuring on-time delivery. This group is responsible for dynamically matching supply and demand to balance the expectations of drivers, riders, and Lyft's objectives.
