About The Position

This strategic leader will be responsible for developing, planning, and managing complex products and programs that have a broad scope and high impact. Leading a team of Product Managers, this role requires a mixture of leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on product management expertise. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technology and business transitions while maintaining day-to-day operations, ultimately driving business and customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education and work experience.
  • 8+ years in product management, including leadership of multiple PMs and complex product portfolios.
  • Strong business leadership and financial acumen.
  • Expertise in Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage budgets and develop business cases (cost/benefit analysis, NPV).
  • Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy for flagship digital experiences, including mobile apps and personalization features.
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
  • Translate strategy into execution, ensuring product outcomes align with business and customer needs.
  • Manage product budgets and resources, prioritizing initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Champion customer-centric practices, leveraging continuous discovery and frequent user research.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, from discovery through delivery, using modern SDLC best practices (Agile, Lean, DevOps).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Promote best practices in product development and discovery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
