In this role, you will shape the future of quantum computing applications within life sciences, working at the intersection of advanced technology, scientific discovery, and commercial strategy. You will lead the definition and prioritization of high-impact quantum use cases across industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare, and chemicals. Operating in a highly innovative and fast-evolving environment, you will collaborate with world-class scientists, engineers, and business leaders. The position offers significant ownership, strategic influence, and visibility across the organization. You will help translate emerging quantum capabilities into real-world solutions and scalable business opportunities. Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in product management, strategy, consulting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong experience with computational workflows in life sciences such as computational chemistry, biotech modeling, imaging analysis, or optimization problems
  • Proven ability to conduct complex market analysis and business case development in ambiguous, data-limited environments
  • Comfort working with advanced and emerging technologies while collaborating closely with highly specialized scientists and engineers
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, structure requirements, and drive execution despite uncertainty
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging customers and translating insights into scalable solutions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across business, research, and engineering teams

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the quantum application strategy for life sciences, supported by continuous market intelligence, technology insights, and strategic analysis
  • Develop deep understanding of the quantum computing stack, ecosystem players, and hybrid quantum–classical execution models
  • Identify, prioritize, and articulate near- and long-term quantum application opportunities across life sciences and adjacent industries
  • Build robust business cases including market sizing, revenue potential, customer pain points, resource requirements, and alignment with hardware roadmaps
  • Lead customer discovery, workshops, and consulting engagements to validate use cases and translate them into executable product plans
  • Partner with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility, document constraints, and map problems to quantum algorithms and resource estimates
  • Act as a bridge between customers, partners, and internal teams to support implementation, define requirements, and advocate for customer-centric solutions
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy by supporting sales, pricing models, competitive positioning, and proposal development
