understanding of the market, this team leads the future on how Ford can

As Group Digital Product Manager, Global Uptime, this is a high impact
opportunity to define and drive the global digital product strategy focused on
materially reducing repair order duration across Ford’s dealer network. 

You will build and evolve a portfolio of enterprise platforms that enable faster
triage, streamlined case management, real-time performance visibility, and
service accountability at scale. These products sit at the center of Ford’s
service ecosystem - connecting data, workflows, and stakeholders to eliminate
friction and accelerate time-to-repair worldwide. 

You will shape the multi-year global roadmap that unifies these capabilities
into a scalable, interoperable digital ecosystem, aligning regional complexity
with enterprise consistency and measurable business impact.
