About The Position

The Group Product Manager, Identity Resolution, will lead the strategy and execution of identity and data collaboration solutions that enable advertisers, platforms, and publishers to better understand and engage their audiences. This role combines technical depth with commercial acumen, focusing on product differentiation, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market alignment. You will serve as the primary client-facing product lead, translating market needs into actionable product strategies while collaborating closely with internal product, engineering, and marketing teams. The position offers the opportunity to influence industry standards, advise on privacy-enhancing technologies, and drive adoption of advanced identity solutions. This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving, data-driven environment, requiring both technical fluency and strategic insight. You will help shape product offerings that power digital marketing and audience engagement across multiple sectors.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the ad-tech or mar-tech industry
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercially focused product management role
  • Deep understanding of identity technologies, data collaboration, and related services across multiple sectors (DSP, SSP, publishers, CTV, advertisers)
  • Expertise in competitive analysis, product differentiation, positioning, and roadmap prioritization
  • Experience with iterative (Agile) product development, delivering business value while advancing strategic goals
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous client requirements into structured product proposals
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with clean rooms, data collaboration, or privacy-enhancing technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to educate and influence engineers, sales teams, marketers, customers, and executives

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for digital and offline identity resolution products, ensuring alignment with market needs and client value
  • Serve as the primary client-facing product expert, engaging with advertisers, platforms, and publishers to understand business objectives and recommend best-fit solutions
  • Educate internal and external stakeholders on identity resolution concepts such as deterministic/probabilistic matching, cross-device graphs, clean rooms, and privacy-enhancing technologies
  • Support strategic sales and solutioning engagements, providing product expertise and resolving complex client challenges
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate requirements, prioritize investments, and ensure alignment with revenue and adoption goals
  • Conduct customer discovery and validation, translating insights into product strategy and roadmap decisions
  • Define product metrics, KPIs, and success criteria to track adoption, revenue impact, and ecosystem health
  • Represent the organization in industry forums and standards bodies to influence market direction and anticipate emerging trends
