This is a full-time, hybrid (3 days a week on-site) at any of our US office locations. Northbrook or Chicago is preferred. Proactively manages portfolio of bad debt cases utilizing Salesforce workflow software. Communication with internal teams (Legal, Operations, Sales, Accounting, Cash Application, Customer Service, etc.) on problem resolution. Partners with collection agencies and attorneys to coordinate best practices in the pursuit of outstanding debt. Manage bad debt recoveries with internal stakeholders.
