About The Position

As a Group Mentoring Counselor, you’ll have the incredible opportunity to help children from hard places discover hope, confidence, and purpose. Every afternoon, you’ll guide a small group of K–5 students through a mix of fun, faith-filled, and growth-centered activities—helping them build lasting relationships, develop essential life skills, and grow in their understanding of who they are in Christ. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that believes every child deserves to be known, loved, and encouraged. Through games, Bible lessons, homework help, and hands-on life lessons, you’ll model the love of Jesus and create a safe space where kids can belong and thrive. This role is perfect for someone who has contagious energy, a heart for ministry, and a passion to see kids grow in faith, relationships, identity, and life skills that last a lifetime.
