Group Manager, Office Property Management What this job involves: The Group Manager serves as a pivotal leader in delivering exceptional property management services to clients, driving superior performance and sustainable growth within their designated portfolio, while making substantial contributions to JLL's overall organizational success. The Group Manager will be entrusted with overseeing a comprehensive portfolio of buildings and directing the management teams that support these properties. The Group Manager is accountable for collaborating closely with JLL Property Management leadership and clients to establish a comprehensive understanding of investment objectives and to develop strategic portfolio plans, including operating and capital budgets that align with client expectations. Upon approval, the Group Manager must ensure seamless implementation of strategic initiatives and programs through effective management and coordination of property team efforts. The Group Manager delivers exceptional communication, both written and verbal, to clients, employees, and tenants, fostering enduring and successful business relationships. The Group Manager assumes responsibility for the leadership, supervision, and professional development of all managers within designated portfolios, ensuring complete adherence to the Jones Lang LaSalle employee review process. Furthermore, the Group Manager serves as a distinguished representative of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. within the local and regional business and real estate communities, actively promoting the organization's reputation and capabilities to prospective tenants and clients. What your day-to-day will look like: Oversee operational performance across a portfolio of real estate assets, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction metrics Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, serving as their primary strategic advisor and trusted partner Mentor and develop management talent, fostering a culture of collaboration that strengthens team performance locally and across the globe Collaborate with regional and global leadership teams to implement best practices and drive organizational objectives Manage P&L responsibility, including budget development, forecasting, and resource optimization across business units Present to senior leadership and key stakeholders on business performance and strategic initiatives Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while supporting each other's wellbeing across all teams
