Group Leader (Supervisor) This is a second shift position, with regular hours of 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, plus required overtime. This includes selecting, training, inspiring, and leading team members to reach organizational goals for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
Minimum of two years of Supervisory experience
Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or Two-year Associate’s degree in technical, engineering, or manufacturing discipline preferred
Prior Supervisory experience in a manufacturing workplace
Strong leadership ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization and planning skills
Demonstrated problem-solving ability
This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data (“CTD”) and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR). Eligible candidates are; US Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees or others eligible to receive US export license authorizations.
