About The Position

As a Group Leader, you will serve as a front-line supervisor, leading a critical process cleaning team within a manufacturing plant. Your role involves overseeing the safety, quality, and timely delivery of tasks. You are expected to collaborate with your team to identify and implement improvements that make work safer, easier, and faster. The ideal candidate is an authentic and skilled communicator who can engage the team, solicit their contributions, and provide prompt solutions for both the team and clients.

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • At least (1) one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, logistics environment, facility maintenance/management, retail supervision or food service/restaurant supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement experience
  • Automotive paint shop experience
  • Industrial process cleaning experience
  • Janitorial supervision experience
