About The Position

The ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. team designs and manufactures hydraulic and electrohydraulic components, controls, and brake systems for off-highway machines. As a member of the Assembly Team, the group leader will be responsible for assembling and testing a variety of company products, providing work direction and support to production team, advising on production schedule and delivery with production planners, suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives, all while maintaining a clean and safe workplace. Requirements

  • 3+ years working in a production environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally, 35 lbs. regularly
  • Ability to operate a computer and other electronic equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively within and across different departments
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Suite
  • Proficient use of a computer in programs like PowerPoint, excel, word

Nice To Haves

  • Prior leadership or supervisory responsibilities are a plus
  • Experience or basic understanding of hydraulics are a plus
