Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Bi-Lingual: English / Spanish.
• Experience of the forklift operation (Reach Lift/Sit-Down Counter Balance Lift).
• You should be flexible to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily communications with inside sales team and management.
• Booking carriers for shipment.
• Logging daily shipments.
• Entering shipping data for invoicing.
• Providing logistics reports.
• Tracking previous shipment until delivered.
• Work with Logistics Coordinators ensuring data integrity.
• Support of Distribution Attendants as needed.
• Follow the instructions and quality/safety guidelines.
• Present a sense of urgency regarding task completion.
• Attention to detail when completing the required work efforts.
• Work with others in a team environment.
• Have a positive attitude and be self-motivated.
