About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Group Housing Coordinator to join our team. The Group Housing Coordinator will be responsible for managing group bookings, acting as a liaison between the group and hotel staff, and processing reservations, cancellations, and changes for groups.

• Previous experience in hotel reservations or group bookings preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage group bookings and ensure all group needs are met
• Act as a liaison between the group and hotel staff
• Process reservations, cancellations, and changes for groups
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with groups regarding their reservations
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure group needs are met
• Provide excellent customer service to groups and address any issues or concerns
