Group Fitness Field Manager

VASA FITNESSJoliet, IL
9h$55,000 - $65,000

About The Position

At VASA Fitness, we’re more than a gym—we’re a community built on unity, passion, love, integrity, fun, and trust. We create UPLIFTing experiences for everyone through inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness. VASA is a place where lives are changed through authentic connections, growth, and support—for both members and team members. The Group Fitness Field Manager elevates the energy, impact, and community of Group Fitness across a territory of VASA clubs. By partnering with District Managers and in-club leaders, this role drives participation growth, enhances the quality of classes, and ensures instructors are equipped, recognized, and inspired to deliver world-class experiences. Through coaching, training, and field execution, the Group Fitness Field Manager connects members to VASA’s mission by making every class a place of connection, results, and belonging. As a Group Fitness Field Manager, success means lighting up every club you touch. You’ll build strong partnerships with District and General Managers, get to know your instructors, and bring strategy and energy to the Group Fitness experience. In your first few months, you’ll learn each club’s unique rhythm and use data, coaching, and creativity to drive participation, elevate class quality, and build community. You’ll help bring big events to life—like Group Fitness Frenzy and monthly club experiences—that inspire members and get them moving. By 90 days, you’ll have launched your first regional focus plan, aligned schedules with member demand, and helped instructors and leaders feel supported and empowered. Over time, your impact will be clear in stronger attendance, more engaged teams, and clubs that feel alive with energy and connection. We’re looking for a high-energy leader who knows how to motivate teams and make fitness fun again. You understand the power of Group Fitness and how it builds belonging, confidence, and results. You’re equally comfortable leading from the front of a class or partnering with a District Manager to solve a challenge. The ideal candidate has experience leading across multiple clubs or regions—someone who’s strategic, organized, and driven to make things happen. You might come from a regional Group Fitness role or have been a General Manager with a strong passion for fitness programming. You love coaching others, creating meaningful connections, and finding ways to keep classes full and members inspired. If you’re ready to bring energy, heart, and structure to a growing fitness community, this is your chance to make a real impact. When you join VASA, you’ll find more than a job—you’ll find a place to belong. Our leaders believe in our mission, have high standards, and give energy to others every day.
