This position is for a Group Facility Administrator who will oversee the overall operations for nursing services and patient care across two or more chronic hemodialysis facilities. Requirements

  • Associate's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in management
  • Minimum of 6 months of ESRD/dialysis experience
  • Current CPR certification (or certification obtained within 60 days of hire)
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Functional proficiency in all DaVita facility computer systems within 90 days

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in related area
  • Prior management in the healthcare field
  • Experience with multi-site management
  • RN license (required for some locations)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in dialysis
  • CNN certification

Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall operations for nursing services and patient care at two or more chronic hemodialysis facilities
  • Manage financial aspects of the facilities
  • Ensure quality assurance and patient care standards are met
  • Manage safety and risk within the facilities
  • Drive teammate satisfaction initiatives
  • Monitor and improve quality index scores
  • Oversee facility maintenance
  • Partner with Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns to drive towards Regional goals and standards
  • Exercise full supervisory and management responsibilities for all teammates within assigned facilities
  • Handle hiring processes for teammates
  • Manage teammate relations
  • Oversee performance and professional development of teammates
  • Provide mentoring to teammates
  • Conduct annual reviews for teammates
  • Manage salary increases for teammates
  • Handle teammate terminations
