Under the general direction of the Program Manager, the Group Facilitator is responsible for coordinating and delivering Partnership for Families (PFF) psychoeducational groups and classes. The role also provides crisis response services, peer counseling, and connections to internal and external resources to support participants in meeting their immediate needs and long-term goals. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. The Group Facilitator conducts participant intakes to assess eligibility and determine whether specific groups or classes align with the participant's needs. When additional needs are identified during the intake process, the facilitator provides appropriate resources or referrals to internal or community-based programs. Crisis response includes situations where a participant discloses an active crisis-such as domestic violence, suicidal ideation, or child abuse. In these instances, the facilitator responds promptly and appropriately, with guidance and support from their supervisor, to ensure participant safety and access to necessary services.
