About The Position
Keystone Retreat, located in Ephrata, PA, is a mission-driven, privately owned treatment center offering mental health and dual-diagnosis care in a residential setting. The organization is seeking a Group Facilitator who is passionate about leading engaging, structured group programming. This role is focused on delivering therapeutic and psychoeducational groups that support client progress and treatment goals. Keystone Retreat is a separate organization and not affiliated with any previous entities that operated at this site.
Requirements
- Active CAADC required
- Strong group facilitation and communication skills
- Experience working with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders
- Ability to manage group dynamics and maintain engagement
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Candidates with an LSW or LAPC are preferred
Responsibilities
- Facilitate structured group therapy and psychoeducational sessions
- Engage clients in meaningful discussion and skill-building activities
- Support treatment goals in collaboration with the clinical team
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
- Assist with case coordination and client support as needed
