In this role, you’ll shape how executive leaders are rewarded and help drive the company’s success. What you'll do... Lead the design and governance of executive compensation programs, including annual and long-term incentives for officers and directors. In collaboration with the SVP of Total Rewards, advise the Compensation and Management Development Committee (CMDC) on pay structures, incentive plans, and management development. Champion enterprise-wide pay equity and transparency initiatives, ensuring compliance with global standards and legal requirements. Conduct sensitivity analyses and performance scenario modeling to ensure executive compensation programs maintain a strong link between pay and performance, while staying competitive and compliant with market trends. Monitor and assess external trends and best practices in executive compensation and incentive design to support organizational goals for attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent. Collaborate across Rewards and People teams to implement efficient processes for managing pay and incentives, including partnering with Total Rewards operations for run-the-business executive compensation activities and working effectively with external vendors and consultants. Prepare and coordinate materials for the CMDC and Board of Directors (BOD), covering annual awards, long-term incentives, proxy statements, executive benefits/perquisites, disclosures, and reward statements, while fostering collaboration both within and outside the discipline. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and optimize compensation frameworks that support organizational objectives. Acts as source of contact for Chief People Officers and executives.
