About The Position

Walmart is seeking a Group Director of Product Management to lead a broad portfolio of enterprise platforms that power critical functions across Finance, Data, Corporate Affairs, and Global Governance. This role owns the strategy and delivery of systems that enable financial operations, procurement, claims processing, forecasting, corporate communications, ESG initiatives, and governance workflows. The scope includes high-scale, high-complexity platforms supporting hundreds of thousands of annual transactions, including incident and claims processing, as well as systems responsible for financial accuracy and compliance. This leader will oversee product teams responsible for core financial platforms such as ledger, cash, and accounting systems, including ownership of capabilities that enable monthly financial close cycles. The role also includes procurement and invoice processing platforms, forecasting tools supporting U.S. merchandising accuracy, and enterprise data platforms that began with financial data governance and now extend across all corporate functions. These platforms are essential to ensuring operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and transparency across Walmart’s global operations. The Group Director will partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, Security, Corporate Affairs, and Data to modernize legacy systems, drive automation, and scale AI-driven capabilities through the AI Innovation Lab. This role requires a leader who can operate across highly regulated domains, unify fragmented platforms, and deliver measurable improvements in speed, accuracy, and efficiency while building and developing high-performing product teams.
