You will lead the Ambient Network People team caring for 60,000 associates. Their work powers 5,000+ stores and clubs. You and your team directly manage a large People team with hundreds of associates across the country. The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field and 7 years’ experience in human resources, communication, journalism, business, or related area OR 9 years’ experience in human resources, communications, business, or related area.
  • 3 years’ supervisory experience.
