About The Position

This role offers a high-impact opportunity to lead client strategy and account management for a portfolio of key clients within a dynamic, growth-driven environment. You will act as the strategic and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, driving business growth while ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions. In addition to managing client relationships, you will oversee revenue and profitability, guide contract negotiations, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve client goals. The role requires a balance of strategic insight, operational excellence, and team leadership in a collaborative, fast-moving agency culture. You will influence both the client’s business outcomes and the creative and operational performance of your team. Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in agency or client-facing roles, managing large accounts and multi-service retainers.
  • Proven ability to manage complex campaigns, including organic and paid social, content production, and budgets.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams of 10+ people, with strong delegation and coordination skills across multiple projects.
  • Advanced client relationship management, including experience working directly with directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop strategic insights from complex data.
  • Expertise in campaign planning, scope management, financial monitoring, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior clients to develop annual strategies, monitor business goals, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead recurring meetings with client leadership, driving conversations around industry trends, new initiatives, and strategic priorities.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, acting as a point of escalation to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Drive new business opportunities, pitches, and proposals in collaboration with leadership and growth teams.
  • Oversee client revenue and profitability, monitor budgets, manage out-of-pocket funds, and track scope management.
  • Author SOWs, amendments, and support contract negotiations while ensuring alignment with commercial agreements.
  • Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to enhance client outcomes and organic revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire teams, ensuring high performance, employee retention, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, technology, and data teams to deliver strategies and solutions that elevate client businesses.
