The Group Creative lead is a strategic creative leader who sets a clear vision and guides the team to deliver strong, impactful work across multiple channels and lines of business. They drive results by anticipating challenges, prioritizing workload effectively, and leveraging business knowledge to deliver creative solutions that meet objectives and position the team as a trusted partner. Requirements
- Degree in related field
- 6-10+ years of experience with ad agencies or in-house creative teams
- Strong overall creative direction
- Experience leading brands, projects, and creative teams
- Portfolio with highly creative campaigns and versatility across all media
- Conversant in industry trends and current technology
- Fluent with integrating data and analytics into creative ideas and execution
