You'll work hand in hand with the Head of Marketing to set the creative tone for Albi and execute a visual-first communication strategy across everything we put into the world. This means translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals. It means evolving our brand with intention. It means building the systems and standards that allow great design to scale. This role is equal parts strategist and maker. Today, you're hands-on—crafting high value decks, infographics, and motion graphics that tell our story with clarity and craft. Tomorrow, you're leading a creative team that is transforming how we talk about the restoration industry. The balance will shift as we grow, but the standard never drops.
