As a Premier Sales Representative for The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America in Oregon, you will drive new business development, cultivate client relationships, and strategically manage the sales pipeline to achieve ambitious sales targets within the Oregon market. Success will be determined based on the ability to attain high levels of production through broker development and internal relationships. This role will report to the Market Leader within the assigned territory.
