Group Art Supervisor (pharma agency/women's health exp is ideal)

About The Position

THE POSITION: The Group Art Supervisor will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring a team of art directors and designers to produce high-quality visual content for our pharmaceutical clients. This position requires a creative visionary with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the ability to translate complex medical information into compelling visual narratives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
Five to seven years of design experience spanning digital, traditional and print/tradeshow with at least three to five years of pharma agency experience
A book of strategic and beautiful work, featuring prowess in typography, conceptual thinking and an eye for varying styles (e.g., photography, illustration, etc.)
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma know-how with a basic awareness of online coding languages (HTML and CSS are our faves)

Be a leader and team player. Ability to guide creative and collaborate as part of a larger team in an ever-changing environment.
Bring laughs. Leave ego.
Present the vision. Eloquently explain every aspect of a creative solution and how it solves the client challenge. This means whip-smart Keynote skills and presentation prowess, people.
