About The Position

This is a hybrid opportunity (Candidates are asked to report to our Fort Mill, SC office, 3x per week, Tues through Thurs) This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp. We help our clients unlock significant and sustainable growth across the home services ecosystem, ranging from telecom and security to energy and home automation. We are seeking a Group AI Product Manager to join our Home Client Services division. This product team is responsible for transforming our clients’ customer acquisition, retention, and business operations through applications in AI & ML. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling AI-driven products that address customer and operational challenges, ensuring we deliver business value across multiple initiatives. You will guide the strategy and execution of multiple AI/ML workstreams, partnering closely with your product manager(s) and cross-functional leads to formulate roadmaps, make trade-offs, and ensure clear alignment on priorities. You will collaborate directly with client stakeholders to identify opportunities, co-design solutions, and align on the decisions required to bring new products and features into production. We expect the person in this role to be deeply technical and relentlessly curious. You should bring a strong grasp of data science practices, the analytical rigor to uncover signals in ambiguity, and the judgment to determine where AI can truly create meaningful value by connecting opportunities to broader partner strategy and long-term impact. You’re comfortable getting close to the details, capable of tackling complex analytical and technical problems, and hands-on enough to drive progress on our hardest challenges when needed. This role will have significant visibility across our client services division. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across product, tech, and client leadership to shape solutions, drive alignment, and influence key decisions. In your work with the client, you will operate as a strategic partner on the products you lead, bringing credibility, guiding product discussions, and helping stakeholders navigate the decisions required to drive meaningful impact. This is a hybrid position in our South Charlotte office.

Requirements

  • Commercially grounded: You understand partner objectives, customer needs, and the levers that drive measurable business outcomes, connecting product decisions to both near-term value and long-term strategy.
  • Customer centric: High-level of customer empathy with the ability to diagnose the core of the problem. You have a great taste for UX and design to help bring solutions to life
  • Technically capable: You bring a strong technical and data foundation forged from doing that enables you to partner deeply with data scientists and engineers, evaluate analytical and ML approaches, and break down complex problems with clarity. You’re comfortable getting close to the details, providing hands-on support to drive progress.
  • Systems thinker: You can connect patterns across multiple workstreams, teams, and technologies, designing solutions that scale while balancing user needs, operational realities, and long-term maintainability.
  • Influential communicator: You communicate with clarity and confidence, building trust across senior client stakeholders, cross-functional leaders, and product teammates while guiding alignment through ambiguity. Excellent storytelling skills matched with proficiency in modern prototyping tooling (figma, v0, loveable, etc.)
  • End-to-end ownership: Experience driving AI/ML products from concept through iteration, guiding a team through delivery, and owning the outcomes and business impact of the work.
  • Driving complex decision-making: Experience influencing cross-functional leaders, navigating competing priorities, and making high-impact product decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Built from experience: You’ve worked hands-on with production-grade AI systems, whether evaluating model behavior, running analyses (sql, python), prototyping with LLMs, or optimizing data pipelines, giving you the practical grounding to lead teams and make informed technical decisions.
  • People leader: Managed junior product managers (or adjacent roles) with direct responsibility for their development and success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive initiatives: Lead multiple AI product initiatives, expanding the “what” and establishing the “how” for the product visions, ensuring alignment and buy-in with product leadership, partner objectives, and RV’s broader strategy
  • Translate vision into action: Operationalize high-level strategy into actionable workstreams and multi-quarter roadmaps, determining sequencing and resourcing in partnership with your downline and cross-functional leads, creating clarity and alignment from concept through iteration
  • Own outcomes: Own the P&L and business impact of your initiatives, communicating progress, ROI, risks, and opportunities to leadership and client partners, shaping the go-forward for each workstream to ensure it’s positioned to deliver meaningful impact, getting hands-on where necessary to unblock our hardest tasks
  • Partner strategically: Work directly with client stakeholders to identify opportunities, co-design solutions, and guide the decisions required to bring new products and features into production, bringing technical and analytical credibility to influence direction
  • Develop talent: Manage and develop 2+ product manager(s), creating specific plans, providing hands-on product and analytical support, delegating appropriate work, and instilling a performance-driven environment through clear expectations, regular feedback, and recognition of achievements
