The Group Account Supervisor is essential to the retention and growth of accounts by driving the development and implementation of tactical marketing plans and by supporting the vision and shared values that provide the agency with market differentiation. They drive the achievement of client’s communication and business objectives and strategically influence brand growth by way of deep category and brand knowledge, marketing acumen, value-added relationships, and a passion for the healthcare industry. The Group Account Supervisor typically has the responsibility for supporting $3-5mm (often across multiple accounts), works under moderate supervision demonstrating more independence, grows business organically, manages others, and is involved in the development of brand strategy.
