The supervisor will also manage expectations between agency staff and clients, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere. Staying abreast of marketing and brand-specific trends is essential to provide added value to clients and enhance the creative product. The role requires effective communication skills, both internally and externally, and the ability to set priorities while managing multiple projects. The supervisor will act as a role model at client and industry events, establishing credibility with clients and embodying a service-oriented attitude. They will also be responsible for managing a team, assigning work, monitoring workloads, and providing constructive feedback to direct reports. This includes evaluating performance, conducting performance reviews, and assisting in the training and orientation of new team members.
