The Group Account Manager at South Bend Cubs is responsible for driving sales and servicing various ticket packages, including season tickets and group outings. This role focuses on enhancing customer relationships and achieving sales goals while providing exceptional service to clients and colleagues.

  • Renew and grow the group sales portion of the business
  • Work with a small portion of ticket package accounts from year to year
  • Provide unsurpassed customer service to all clients as well as co-workers
  • Maintain and service business sales contacts
  • Follow and implement all team sales programs
  • Help develop new sales promotions
  • Assist with team sales campaigns
  • Host clients and prospects at home games
  • Hit expected daily touch point count
  • Complete monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals
  • Strong communication skills and superior customer service abilities
  • College degree preferred
  • Two years or more in B2B and/or ticket sales experience is preferred
  • Proven record of establishing and maintaining professional relationships
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in basic software programs (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Ability to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Have own dependable vehicle and transportation
  • Experience with ticket systems is a plus
  • Experience with Provenue ticket systems
