About The Position

Jackson Dawson is looking to hire a Group Account Director who will serve as the senior strategic leader overseeing a portfolio of high‑impact client programs. In this client‑facing role, you will guide the vision, execution, and operational excellence of multiple initiatives while cultivating trusted, long‑term relationships at the highest levels. You will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic frameworks that drive business growth, elevate client satisfaction, and ensure exceptional delivery across all programs in your remit. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, art, IT, analytics, and external partners to bring integrated solutions to life. This role requires consistent senior‑level client engagement, thought leadership, and the ability to translate strategy into full‑scale activation, from concept through execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive account leadership experience, including directing large‑scale programs and managing senior‑level client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage distributed and remote teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Ability to confidently engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite executives.
  • Thrives under pressure, with the ability to meet deadlines and pivot quickly based on evolving client needs.
  • Highly adaptable, with a solutions‑oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to client leadership, ensuring exceptional service, proactive guidance, and a strong consultative relationship.
  • Lead and inspire cross‑functional teams to develop, refine, and present strategic program recommendations that advance client business and expand partnership opportunities.
  • Oversee the planning, tracking, and communication of all program and client activities to ensure timely, efficient, and on‑budget delivery aligned with contractual expectations.
  • Drive growth and profitability by expanding program capabilities and identifying new opportunities within client organizations.
  • Ensure high performance across all managed programs, consistently meeting or surpassing client expectations.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to cross‑functional project teams, fostering alignment and excellence.
  • Fully immerse yourself in each brand's values, markets, and strategic priorities to ensure authentic and effective storytelling and execution.
  • Travel domestically to client sites and project locations (estimated 50%).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by executive leadership.
