Responsible for cleaning a variety of surfaces using high-pressure cleaning equipment and chemicals

Requirements

• CA Drivers License in good standing
• Ability to operate to operate 5000psi pressure washer machinery
• Ability to operate compactor and forklift
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
• Ability to read in the English language
• Ability to climb and stand on ladders
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to reach, crouch, and bend
• Ability to appear for work on time
• Ability to interact effectively with team members and guests
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure
• Ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions
• Ability to accept constructive criticism

Nice To Haves

• Janitorial or grounds maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Operates a 5000psi pressure washer machinery safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces such as buildings, concrete areas and brick surfaces.
• Uses degreaser as label recommends.
• Maintains an established cleaning schedule for Casino and Sycuan Market. Keep a good communication line between departments affected by the cleaning.
• Maintains pressure washer equipment and reports needed maintenance to keep it in good running condition.
• Adheres to all company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
• Assists the Groundskeeping Supervisor by performing other duties as assigned.
