Requirements

• Active driver license and clean driving record
• Availability to work early/late and/or on weekends as necessary
• Ability to work on ladders/roofs and near retention ponds
• Ability to lift 100 lbs or more
• Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather and come in contact with trash
• Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
• Applicants must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen before hire

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of experience preferred, but not required
• This position is perfect with a range of backgrounds such as; General laborer, Handyman, Maintenance tech, Electrical, Plumbing, Asphalt, Concrete, Welding, Construction ex. experience is a plus.
