Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Familiarity with different cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of the assigned areas.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
  • Trustworthiness and a strong work ethic to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer Service Experience 1-2 years preferred
  • Housekeeping Experience 0-1 year preferred

Responsibilities

  • Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Handling and maintaining linen supplies, including changing bed linens, replenishing towels and toiletries, and collecting and sorting soiled linens for laundry services.
  • Properly disposing of trash, recyclables, and hazardous materials according to established procedures and regulations.
  • Monitoring and restocking supplies and amenities such as toiletries, towels, cleaning products, and other necessary items.
  • Maintaining accurate records of cleaning activities, including daily cleaning logs, room occupancy status, maintenance requests, and other relevant documentation.
  • Following established safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
