Requirements
- At least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties.
- A high school education or equivalent.
- Must have excellent customer service and time management skills.
- Willingness and desire to learn new skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris.
- Help with the make-ready process of the apartment homes by removing trash, painting, cleaning, etc.
- Assist in routine community inspections and complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep tasks as directed by the Service Manager.
