About The Position

At StoneRidge, our grounds say a lot about who we are. We take pride in creating a welcoming, safe, and beautifully maintained community - and we’re looking for a Part‑Time Groundskeeper to help us do just that. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Full‑Time Groundskeeper to maintain the outdoor spaces, equipment, and seasonal landscapes that make StoneRidge feel like home for residents, visitors, and team members.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively in English, and perform basic math
A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

One year of plant, grounds, or residential maintenance experience preferred
Background in gardening, landscaping, or nursery work is a plus

Responsibilities

Keeping grounds clean, groomed, and free of debris or hazards
Maintaining seasonal gardens and landscaping
Monitoring walkways and reporting safety concerns
Trimming, pruning, and shaping trees, shrubs, and plants
Snow removal, salting, and sanding of walkways and parking areas
Maintaining irrigation systems, faucets, water features, lighting, signage, and outdoor structures
Performing basic repairs related to irrigation, gutters, and water lines
Ensuring tools and equipment are clean, safe, and in good working order
Monitoring parking areas and assisting with traffic control during events
Responding to emergency situations when needed
