About The Position

Whether you're unclogging a drain, mowing the lawn, or checking on a pool pump, you're the kind of person who doesn’t just do the work—you take pride in it. If tools are your love language and a freshly trimmed lawn makes your day, we want to meet you. As a Groundskeeper, you’re part of a dynamic facilities team that keeps everything running smoothly—from HVAC and lighting to landscaping and pool care. Indoors or outdoors, your work helps keep our club clean, safe, and ready for action. Here’s a snapshot of what your day might include: Keeping common areas clean, functional, and looking sharp Following a regular preventative maintenance schedule (HVAC, lighting, drainage, pool pumps, exercise equipment, and more) Performing small repairs in carpentry, plumbing, and painting Mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and maintaining outdoor spaces year-round Responding quickly to maintenance requests—because you like to solve problems before anyone notices Posting clear, helpful notices if an area is temporarily closed for maintenance Keeping an eye on supplies and letting your supervisor know if we’re running low The Physical Stuff (AKA: Your Daily Workout) Lots of moving around: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), stretching, crawling, climbing Reaching, pulling, and using tools or machinery safely and effectively Working both indoors and outdoors—rain or shine, summer or winter Staying on your feet for most of your shift

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
  • Experience in maintenance, facilities, or a similar hands-on role
  • Comfortable operating a variety of tools and maintenance equipment
  • Familiar with HVAC systems, plumbing, painting, electrical work, drywall repair
  • Basic computer skills
  • A great attitude and a team player mindset
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Flexibility is key—days, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be part of the schedule
  • Some shifts may involve quick turnarounds or early/late coverage, depending on needs

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus points if you have experience with pool systems or hold a Pool Operator’s License
  • Extra bonus points if you know your way around fire and security alarms
