About The Position
Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Groundskeeper for apartment communities in Tonawanda, North Tonawanda, Hamburg, and Buffalo.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal and reliable mode of transportation with insurance
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases; traverse uneven terrain
Responsibilities
- Enhance the curb appeal of our properties by maintaining the parking lots, trash areas, dog waste stations, and outdoor spaces.
- Light landscaping such as grass cutting, weeding, mulching, and pruning.
- Snow removal as needed, including clearing and salting walkways.
- Clean interior common areas, including hallways, stairwells, offices, and property amenities.
- Help with basic repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate.

- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Friday
