JOB DESCRIPTION: Key Responsibilities General Maintenance Cleaning breakrooms & bathrooms Taking out interior and exterior trash Painting & Special Projects Pressure Washing shop and building Cleaning exterior windows Lawn work throughout campus

Requirements

• Valid Class C driver's license
• Ability to handle heavy items and work in extreme weather and physical conditions
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment while demonstrating safe work habits
• 1+ years of general work experience
