Groundskeeper - Facilities & Maintenance
About The Position
Under the direction of the Facilities Director, the incumbent is responsible for servicing guest and non-guest areas of the facility. This includes tasks such as pressure washing patios, awnings, pool decks, and pool furniture, as well as general cleaning of all mechanical and equipment rooms. The role also involves cleaning up the lot/garage and detailing areas like lakes, ponds, rooftops, sidewalks, and roadways. The Groundskeeper will operate and maintain fuel-powered equipment, including the company’s utility vehicle, and perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Pressure washing patios, awnings, pool decks and pool furniture.
- General cleaning of all mechanical and equipment rooms.
- Clean up of lot/garage and detail to include lakes, ponds, roof tops, sidewalks, and roadways.
- Operates and maintains fuel powered equipment, including company’s utility vehicle.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
