As a Maintenance Worker, you will perform various maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, and janitorial tasks. You will work as a team participant to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by ELS. This role involves maintaining amenity spaces, keeping grounds free from trash and debris, and working closely with management to ensure a clean, safe, and appealing property. You will also attend morning staff meetings, communicate with other staff and management on projects, report maintenance concerns, perform repairs, move heavy objects, and may drive maintenance trucks. Monitoring and controlling maintenance inventory and supplies are also part of the duties.
