About The Position
Magnesium Village is a beautiful new community on the north side of Spokane, professionally managed by Prodigy Property Management. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Groundskeeper to join our wonderful team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established, supportive group while also earning lucrative maintenance and renewal bonuses. About the Role As a Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the clean, safe, and welcoming environment our residents expect and enjoy. Reporting directly to the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the upkeep of the grounds, parking areas, and common spaces. Your efforts will help ensure Magnesium Village continues to be a community our residents are proud to call home.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, orderly appearance of all common areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and recreational spaces.
- Care for landscaping, lawns, and outdoor areas by watering, monitoring conditions, removing snow, and ensuring walkways remain safe.
- Perform routine cleaning such as dusting, polishing, sweeping, washing windows, and replenishing supplies.
- Replace light bulbs, transport waste to disposal areas, and assist with small equipment or tool deliveries as needed.
- Support the maintenance team with special projects and participate in regular meetings and trainings.
