About The Position
As a Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the clean, safe, and welcoming environment our residents expect and enjoy. Reporting directly to the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the upkeep of the grounds, parking areas, and common spaces. Your efforts will help ensure Magnesium Village continues to be a community our residents are proud to call home.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, orderly appearance of all common areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and recreational spaces.
- Care for landscaping, lawns, and outdoor areas by watering, monitoring conditions, removing snow, and ensuring walkways remain safe.
- Perform routine cleaning such as dusting, polishing, sweeping, washing windows, and replenishing supplies.
- Replace light bulbs, transport waste to disposal areas, and assist with small equipment or tool deliveries as needed.
- Support the maintenance team with special projects and participate in regular meetings and trainings.
