About The Position
To efficiently maintain the appearance of the outside grounds and interior plants.
Responsibilities
- Safely cut/trim all lawn and grass areas to maintain a well-kept and clean appearance.
- Trim and prune all shrubs, trees and related plant material.
- Maintain perennial flowers.
- Clean up parking lot, grounds, and walkways.
- Operate the irrigation system.
- Water all non-irrigated planting areas.
- Feed, water and maintain all interior plants.
- Paint ground related fixtures, curbs and finishes.
- Fertilize and treat all flowers, shrubs and trees.
- Repair and maintain all ground related power equipment.
- Assist with seasonal decorating.
