About The Position
Do you like working outside and doing something different every day? Come join our Exterior Services team for the summer! Your duties will vary and may include:
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older, with High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have valid driver’s license and own transportation during work day
- Must be felony and drug free
- Must be able to lift up to 75# occasionally
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Power washing buildings
- Maintain pool chemicals daily
- Brush removal
- Exterior lighting
- Clean up trash and debris around apartment communities
