About The Position
Ridge Rider Campground is seeking a reliable and hardworking full-time Groundskeeper / Maintenance team member to help maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of our campground. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hands-on work, and values creating a welcoming environment for guests.
Requirements
- Must pass background check
- Must have valid driver license
- Previous experience in landscaping, maintenance, or related field preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

- Previous experience in landscaping, maintenance, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control
- Maintain campground facilities, including campsites, common areas, restrooms, and trails
- Assist with basic repairs and maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
- Clean and prepare campsites for incoming guests
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Monitor grounds for safety hazards and address issues promptly
- Support other campground operations as needed
