About The Position
Under the direction of the Facilities Director, the incumbent is responsible for servicing guest and non-guest areas of the facility. Pressure washing patios, awnings, pool decks and pool furniture. General cleaning of all mechanical and equipment rooms. Clean up of lot/garage and detail to include lakes, ponds, roof tops, sidewalks and roadways. Operates and maintains fuel powered equipment, including company’s utility vehicle. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or technical certificate and similar experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
