About The Position

The Groundskeeper and Utility worker maintains assigned area(s) in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. Functions in a multi-disciplinary environment that requires consistent positive and professional customer service skills. Demonstrates an awareness of and works within departmental budgetary guidelines. Plans and executes small scale landscaping operation and maintains corporate and leased property grounds including parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks. Performs various special projects such as snow removal, sand removal, emergency courier functions and moving furniture.

• Driver's License (Required)
