Grounds Person
About The Position
Maintains grounds of property and related duties. As a Grounds Person, you will: Operate pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work. Empties all trash cans at pools, three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed. Disposes of grease and cooking oil in proper containers. Picks up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway. Sweeps curbs and sidewalks. Cleans grounds and removes litter. Empty trash cans in the public area buildings Empty dumpsters. Operates trash compactor. Empties recycle bins. Breaks down cardboard items and places in appropriate containers. Leaves work area in a clean, neat and safe condition.
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push and or/move up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb stairs, for up to eight (8) hour
- Able to work weekends and holidays
