About The Position

Sodexo is hiring our Grounds Manager 2 for Bethune Cookman University in Daytona Beach, FL. Our successful candidate will be an entry level manager, supervising our team and mentoring our frontline hourly staff and will either hold, or be eligible within 90 days to attain the Florida Pesticide Application License. Grounds Management experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will assist in leading the development of the innovation and the implementation of more efficient grounds management practices - targeting higher quality and better efficiencies. Requirements

  • Valid Driver's license with clear background
  • Pesticide Application License (attain within 90 days)
  • Experience managing different types of grounds machinery
  • Hold or attain the Florida Pesticide Application License
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
